- The Clown Chakra

The Clown Chakra is an often underutilized or neglected part of one's ascension process. It is the energy of the inner child, laughing while speaking some irreverant, but honest truth.

This section is all about remembering to laugh, to be joyous and child like while working on yourself. You have two choices in this lifetime; either to dance through life or trudge through it with your head down in serious thought. Forget about it!....I'd rather be dancing.

If you have teachers and classes that are too serious and never find the high comedy of Divine timing, then find another teacher.

 - Enlighten UP!

This is the bumber sticker on the car of my friend and mindful meditation teacher Andrew Weiss. A man who knows the way of the Zen he can be incredibly intense and serious one moment and outgoing with his wonderous laugh that infects others. This is the way of the Zen...to be mindful in every moment in the highs of laughter and the sadness of the world all at the same time.

 - Ask the Village Idiot

The fool in every Shakespearian play would say incredibly zaney lines, yet in his twisted logic a strong and known truth would cause one to laugh and realize his truth.
