Drumming circles are found in North American and many other Shamanic practices around the Globe.

A Drumming journey is a journey into the mind. Sometimes it is a guided meditation. Other times it is a place where the drummer beats the drum at 4 to 5 beats per second and helps induce a tasmic state in the student. This is a place where the listeners' of the drum follow their dream state to find information within the context of animal totems, guides, and ascended masters. These constructs of mind help us find our way in the waking world.

Drumming journeys go to one of three worlds. The lower world, that place of basic emotion and the core of our soul. Middle world, a place were we live our day to day existence, but it is the world of drumming where we are allowed to transcend normal time. And, finally the upper world, a place where we connect with Spirit guides and ascended masters to get answers on our direction and the aspect of mind that we need to work on as part of our ascending process.
