Comments:
Master Jou is an incredible man that I met this spring (1997) at the Tai Chi Farm in Warwick, NY. His energy and teaching he shared with us was inspirational to me. It was serundipitous that two weeks after the Chang San Feng festival at Warwick NY, I was on a business trip and found this copy in a local book store.
This book is devoted to many different aspects of Tai Chi Chuan exercises, forms and styles; meditation and Chi Kung; Tai Chi Chuan and I Ching philosophy; experiences; and pushing hands.
