NeiGung (Inner Work)NeiGung is strengthening the inner body. Just as in Yoga, holding a fixed position(asana) in correct alignment for longer periods of times does three things:
- Helps sets the memory for how the correct alignment is supposed to feel
- Strengthens both the primary and stability muscles
- Improves Qi(Prana) flow throughout the body
