This book was recommended by my friend and Shiatsu practitioner Inna Broude. Inna used the book to explain five element theory and the energy exercises known as Makka Ho. Makka Ho is a series of yoga stretches and manipulations to the twelve energy meridians to improve health. A good read on understanding palpation of Ki channels.
