In this part of the village, the aging sifu teaches Asian Health Practices.  
A simple daily set of Qigong exercises can help re-balance and re-energize your body and is one way towards improving and maintaining health, as well as reducing stress. Tai Chi Chuan, and energetic breath work are just a few ways towards a health maintenance program that this community supports.

Note, we can tailor workshops and classes at individual, small groups, and at corporate levels of involvement.
